December 14, 2015 - Dear Daddy

Dear Daddy,

I am no longer slave to sin. This is my new birth of purity - December 14, 2015. Today, I make a commitment to hate pornography and other lustful thoughts. I won't dwell on this things. I pray for the fear of the Lord to be with me as I pursue the battle of purity in my heart and my mind.

I will always be reminded of this covenant!

Thank you Daddy for your love and grace.

Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praise."

Matthew 5:27: “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery’; 28 but I say to you, that everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.”

1 Corinthians 6:18: “Flee immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body.”

Colossians 3:5: “Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.”

December 3, 2015 - Dear Daddy

Dear Daddy,

Thank you for your abounding grace. Thank you for your forgiveness to my hidden sins. Help me to overcome temptations. Help me to focus on the light and not on the darkness.

My righteousness is nothing compare to the glory of your majesty. I hate the devil! I hate his schemes! I hate his lust!

Lord, clean my heart and my mind from any unrighteousness.

Dear Daddy,

Am I tired of my work?

I don't know. But I don't want to go to the office so early. Can I just work at home? I'm always late :-(

I hate traffic. I really do. I want to have my own car. :-(

October 22, 2015 - Dear Daddy

Dear Daddy,

I'm wondering why did Solomon said in Ecclesiastes that everything is meaningless - a chasing after the wind.

But sometimes that is true. Everything that man is doing is meaningless. Selfish.

I don't know why I'm typing those words but for sure, it is not meaningless. Help me to find purpose in what I am doing. Take away that feeling of "meaningless" in me.

Thank you Daddy! I miss you!

October 21, 2015 - Dear Daddy

Dear Daddy,

Your plans are greater than my plans. Your ways are far greater than my ways. I just want to say thank you. Thank you because you know the right time for me.

My heart is looking for someone that will be my companion and partner in life. But I know that it's not yet the time. You still have no go signal for me to consider someone. Thank you for giving the time to enjoy my singlehood. Thank you that you allow me to see the beauty of pursuing you first.

This is my prayer for the one that you have set apart to become my future wife:

You are blessed. May God continue to keep your heart strong and courageous. I know that you want to know me deeply and to be with me. Be patient. God is doing mighty things in our midst individually. I bless you with the same blessings that God has for me. You are my beloved. See you soon!

I know that you really love me. Thank you for using other people to remind me of your goodness and your love. You are amazing!
